We are looking for an experienced retail sales person for an immediate start.

Extensive training will be provided.

Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9am to 4pm. Saturdays are Mandatory. There is no Thursday Nights or Sundays.

THE ROLE                                                                                                       Food and service-focused, you will be assisting with simple (front of house) food prep, customer service, catering tasks and all other general café duties.                                                                                                                          Prior experience, flair for customer service and the ability to multitask are essential.  

Team-work and prompt, efficient service are a priority and you must be willing to roll your sleeves up and get the work done.                                

Honesty, integrity and assertiveness are essential for this role.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Customer service experience – must love serving customers!

The ability to work well under pressure and/or in a fast-paced environment 

The ability to work autonomously and within a team

Knowledge of WHS and Food Safety procedures

Experience in basic food prep and handling – can you make a sandwich or plate up a dessert?

Catering experience  (advantageous but not essential)

Eye for detail and flair for making food look great on a plate!

Outgoing, friendly personality

Flexible roster up to 25-38 hours per week.   We are a 7 day operation, so must be available most week-ends.  No Night work

The Role:

Store Casual

In this role you will need to have (and maintain) high level customer service and professionalism operating across point of sale and preparation of customer orders. Preparation will include the process of cooking donuts and decorating them with toppings.

Expect to have a lot fun in this role as it is encouraged for you to express yourself and your character behind the counter backed with good music and a fantastic team.
